When our kids were small and they would cry about some silly insignificant thing, as most kids do, Greg would say to them. "Oh you would rather cry than eat ice cream I guess". It was so true because he would then offer them some ice cream and they would run off crying and say leave me alone. Hence the saying came about in our family. "You would rather cry than eat ice cream" Looks like the tradition lives on with our grandkids too. This is Cache, Hailey's little 3 year old. Cute HUH?
