Today WAS day six of the reboot fast!

Went on a quick trip to St George . Quite an experience to not eat food while driving. Most the time when in the car its junk food time. Drank two of our meals at a juice bar with a shot of wheat grass. Not feeling to great tonight. I wonder if it was the wheat grass or the fact that we came home to a flooded basement. ?
